Thank you! I will move it there and get this out of the way. I knew about the generators and would have used them; unfortunately, the teleport room is far bigger then the four generators it would allow me to place in there. So for the purpose of this boat, we are just going to have to pretend about that water. ;)

Any way to get base teleporters working?

Not at the moment. 

If you want to RP a teleporter and pretend it's 'working', just place a telepad and use /mapmove or /mapmenu to leave the base when standing there.
