A category for Paragon Chat characters now exists -
[[Category:Paragon Chat Characters]]You can use this in your existing characters to delineate if they appear in Paragon Chat, or you can use this by itself for new characters made in Paragon Chat that did NOT exist in City of Heroes when it was live.
The Category page has brief instructions on how to make a character page for first-time users as well.
For Roleplay users,
[[Category:Paragon_Chat_Fiction_Universe]] is also in place.
