No badge art

I noticed tonight that I can no longer see badge art for the four anniversary badges. It's like that on version 1.0.5 and on Dev-16.8.29.1.

I noticed the regression when doing the final testing, and know what the cause is, but forgot about it before the 1.0.5 release. Should be a quick fix for the next patch.
