No Fly / Beast Run - No Powers in Trays

Hello!

My daughters are huuuge fans of Paragon Chat, and keep asking me questions about how the game worked when it was on the live servers. They adore making characters, and then sending them running and / or flying through the city.

Recently, though, when I log in, the powers are gone from my Trays. I tried bringing up the Powers menu, to re-list them, but there's none there, either.

Anyone have any suggestions on how I could go about getting them back?

Usually that means you somehow got downgraded to an old version of Paragon Chat from before those were added (or had one lying around and ran it by mistake). That used to be a problem that would happen from time to time with the third-party updaters, though I thought it had been resolved.

What version number does it show on the initial login screen when you first start Paragon Chat? If there isn't a number at all, it means it's extremely old.

I'd make sure that the updates are enabled (any setting other than 'Never check'). If that doesn't work, try downloading the setup program again and running it.
