I liked Mz. Liberty because she always encouraged us to level and we see her the most.
Founders Falls, the little robot, Mark IV. Not sure why he isn't mentioned as a contact on wiki FF map.
oh, barely saw his name on Vidiot Map's guide...Yep, he's mentioned.

My least fav I suppose was Serge, Lev 20 cape mission, he can be a jerk; I suppose it's the fashion designers' ego :roll:

I always loved Twinshot and the rest of the stars. I wish there had been some more content built around them later in the game.

I didn't have a favorite trainer, whichever one was closest.
I didn't have a favorite contact, although some contacts were not as good as others.
My favorite police contact was Sgt. Fribeck or something like that.  He was in Kings and he was right outside the police station, unlike his partner who was hidden inside the station.
My favorite Task Force contact was Manticore.  He knew which zone he was in.  Most other TF contacts would send you zone-hopping before giving you their phone number.
