Editing textures with Piggviewer?

Hey all, I'm wondering if I can get some help with even getting the Piggviewer I downloaded from this link (https://sourceforge.net/projects/piggviewer/) working at all? I hear that it works fine with Windows Vista but currently I have Windows 10 and I can't seem to open the program without getting an error message so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance  :D

I have never been able to get this PiggViewer working properly.  I can view the files, but can't extract or replace.  Others have had some success here: http://www.cohtitan.com/forum/index.php?topic=9745.0.  I use a MUCH older program, but it only works on Windows XP.

Do you know if the program you're using for XP might be able to run in compatibility mode on newer operating systems? If not I'd definitely be willing to give it a shot. I appreciate the help btw haha

I had the same errors, so I went to http://www.dll-files.com, paid the 30 bucks for the dll installer, and used that to search for and install all of the missing DLLs, works fine now.

I have had no success with that.  I keep my XP machine just to run that one program.   :o
