Can someone tell me what Arcanatime is? I see it as an option for Mids and when I calculate for damage/animation time, the damage changes in sometimes significant ways.
Why is this and why is there Arcanatime at all (instead of being the default I mean)? And thanks to (I assume) Arcana for doing all this legwork.
