Talos. Croatoa was a really nice looking place, but I hardly spent any time there. Talos was a zone that almost all my characters when they reached the appropriate level. Also, Talos had a cool back story, with the giant hero Talos forming the island after fighting some giant monster (Chimera was its name, I think).

This is the hardest "Battle of the..." yet for me xD

Talos was a hub, a crossroads. The Chicago of Paragon City, and as such I did spend a ton of time there. Talos even had one of my favorite spots in the game, a small island far north with no mission doors, mobs, or any reason at all to go there, but I truly enjoyed that little secluded spot. I met someone who became one of my best friends, in game and out, in Talos.

But Croatoa was fun. Croatoa was one of the first times where they did a story arc that spanned across an entire zone, allowing you to get through a decent number of mid game levels and not just be "finding the painting the Freakshow stole" for the zillionth time. Sure, late in the game I didnt go to Croatoa often, but I always enjoyed it's unique mobs, various giant monsters, and the eerie beauty of the place.

That's a really tough call.

I always hung out at Talos.  It is a hub with physical access to several zones especially before all the newfangled travel methods.  There was a lot of people coming and going.

On the other hand, Croatoa is a cul-de-sac.
Teams are the number one killers of Soloists.

Croatoa

This isn't even a contest for me.

There were a lot of fun and memorable things about Talos, but Croatoa was one of the best places in the games on any side in my opinion.

When I first decided to pit these two zones, my mind was set on Talos being the winner.
Croatoa is making a very strong showing.

In my opinion, Talos wins, but Croatoa is a very good zone.
I think we might pit some of the wins against each other.
And maybe some of the "losers" against each other.

(If Croatoa didn't have an University, the zone would just be just a beautiful Halloween zone.)

Croatoa, why?
Red Caps of course 8)

Also I like the backstory better.
I'm bad and that's good.
I'll never be good and that's not bad.
There's no one I'd rather be than me.

...unless I could be Batman, of course. Everybody wants to be Batman.

Red Caps?
I hated that powder monkey thing, unless it was on somebody else then it was funny.
Not to mention killing one type of them and they would respawn as a tougher type.

I always wanted to see the witches fight either Carnival or Knives, though.
