Just in case any of you didn't know Walmart has just rolled out a new feature in their app. The savings capture function which has always functioned to earn you gift cards now also functions as a Vudu/Ultraviolet entry app. If you have a Vudu account and a Walmart account that use the same email, and you link them, then all you have to do is use the savings capture to scan your receipt any time you buy a dvd or bluray and if it is a movie or tv series that is available on Vudu then it will instantly be added to your account. This includes movies that are Ultraviolet capable but don't come with the code.
Since I watch almost all of my movies via one of the Ultraviolet services now instead of putting them in my bluray player, this feature has changed my preferred movie store from Best Buy to Walmart which I'm sure is exactly what they intended.
