Arbiter Unger struggled with the police scanner, but eventually got it to work.  "Trouble at a warehouse?" Arbiter Unger mused, "That could give me credibility as a hero."
He accepted the mission, after registering with the Hero Corps. and turning down the newsletter, and unchecking all the various marketing options, and refusing the hero search bar extension for the browser.
He entered the warehouse.  The Freskshow were causing trouble.  "Good." He thought to himself. "It's not Arachnos.". He was worried that he might be recognized.
"Cease and desist you ruffians!" He cried.  That was his battlecry.  Cut him some slack, this is his first hero.
A group of three Freakshow started laughing.
"Why don't you cease and desist, breathing?" A Tank Buster asked as he swung his mighty hammer.
The arbiter dodged the attack and clobbered the freak over the head with his mace.  This caused minor damage, poisoned the tank buster, but more importantly disoriented him.  He finished him with his mace beam blast.  After making quick work of the whole map, a group of citizens were standing around glad to no longer be hostages, cheered the return of the supers.
"Is that Pyronic?" One bystander asked.
"No, Pyronic's costume is different." Another bystander answered.
Arbiter Unger overheard this and responded.  "No, I'm a new superhero!  I'm Ungerdog!"
(you saw that coming, right?)
He had done it.  He was now officially a superhero.  He can now go anywhere and do anything in Paragon City without fear of discovery.
Only one thing left, find that double crossing wench Kolissa.

"Hold it right there!" Super Fire Dragon exclaimed as he threw a fire circle around Marshal Darkness.
"Super Fire Dragon, what an honor to meet you.  Huge fan."  Marshall said.
"OK, what's going on here?" SFD questioned.
"Simple, I'm reformed." Marshall said.
"You escaped from the Zig" SFD insisted.
"Yes, yes, a minor bookkeeping error.  I no longer have evil plans to take over things.  I just want to live a normal life, free of zombies." Marshall said.
"But you can't just leave prison." SFD advised.
"Hey, if I don't like a movie, I get up and leave.  Why would this be any different." Marshall reasoned.
"You have a point, after all you paid to see the movie." SFD replied.  "Let's ask Ms. Liberty."
"Is that really necessary?" Marshall asked. "Can't you decide for yourself?"
"You're right, I don't need Ms. Liberty to tell me what to do." SFD said.  And with that he sent Marshal Darkness back to the Zig.
"Now there's just one thing left to do, find that double crossing wench Kolissa." SFD thought to himself.

"Halt, citizen." Ungerdog commanded. "This is a supers only restricted area.
"I'm Super Fire Dragon, a level 50+ willpower/fire tank" SFD responded.  "Identity your self."
"I'm Ungerdog, a level 50 energy/energy blaster." Arbiter Unger bluffed.  He couldn't come out and say that he was an Arachnos Arbiter.
"Liar!" SFD shouted as he put a ring of fire around Ungerdog.
"OK, OK, I'm looking for Kolissa, she owes me."
"That's better." SFD stated.  "We dragons can tell when you're lying."
"Handy skill to have.". Unger said.  "Now will you let me go."
"Yes, of course, wait a minute." SFD snapped.  "You didn't answer my question."
"Oh, how silly of me." Unger laughed.
"Who are you, and did you bring pie?" SFD asked.
"No pie, sorry about that." Unger answered.
"OK, Ungerdog." SFD asked.  "What kind of type are you?"
"Arachnos ... Soldier" Ungerdog said.
"Well, I'm not very familiar with that type nor am I convinced.  So for my education, let's team." SFD proposed.
"Well, I was ..." Ungerdog said.
"Good." SFD said as he invited Ungerdog to team.
Arbiter Unger couldn't refuse, but this could help his cover.  That dragon's lie detector had only one weakness, the halfwit using it.  He could use the time to lookup information about this Super Fire Dragon.
"Here we go, a nice rescue mission." SFD cooed. "And it sounds like the Tsoo."
"Cease and desist, you ruffians!" Ungerdog cried.
"I think they're over there!" SFD answered back.
Both teammates laughed.
They reached the office building and went inside.  The Tsoo had setup a transdimensional status location portal.  Those tricky buzzards.  The location was an office building on the outside and a cave on the inside.
"This has 5-layer cake written all over it." SFD grumbled.
"Yeah." Arbiter Unger agreed without knowing what that meant, but he felt like he should've known it.  The two intrepid heroes trudged through blue cave passages walking through water puddles and cobwebs.

Three Tsoo Ink Men jumped them.  The Tsoo used spinning kicks and flying kicks and other cool martial arts.  Ungerdog dodged their attacks almost with a yawn.  Super Fire Dragon used various fire attacks, melee and ranged, to defeat them to a crisp.
After several bouts of this type, Ungerdog and SFD became good friends.  When he thought the time was right, SFD asked, "So, Ungerdog, how does Kolissa owe you?"
"She promised me 5% of the proceeds from the sale of that necklace." Arbiter Unger said without thinking.
"What necklace?" SFD asked knowing which necklace.
"The big stone ..." Unger realized his mistake.
"Ungerdog, huh?" SFD pondered.  "Arbiter Unger I presume."
"Dragon, just let me find Kolissa" Unger bargained.
"Ain't gonna happen." SFD interjected.
"I promise, I'll be gone as soon as I have Kolissa." Arbiter Unger insisted.
"Look, forget about being a hero.  Forget about that necklace.  And forget about Kolissa.  You can't win here." SFD explained.
"I hate you dragon." Ungerdog said.
"I'll lead you to this submarine guy who can get you back to Mercy Island." SFD said.
"Port Oakes" Unger corrected.
"By the way, how much would 5% come to?" SFD inquiried.
"At least half a mil." Ungerdog replied.
"That's more than twenty-cheese dollars!?" SFD exclaimed.
"Damn straight!" Arbiter Unger agreed.

"Goodbye Super Fire Dragon" Unger began, "You are a good friend.  Too bad you're a stinking hero."
"Unger, to me you'll always be Ungerdog!" SFD said.
The sub pulled away and the hatch closed.  The sub disappeared under the waves.
"What a great guy." SFD mused.  Underneath it all, heroes and villains are the same.  SFD will miss that arbiter villain trainer.

"I want something big, something important." Vince Dastardly stated.
"Well, you have the police scanner and contacts ..." Ms. Liberty started.
"Yes, yes," Vince interrupted, "but I want to kill snakes."
"We don't have snakes per se." Ms. Liberty informed. "Have you been to Fire Base Zulu?  You can arrest giant floating eyeballs."
"Cool!" Vince exclaimed.
Just then Super Fire Dragon walked in.
"Ungerdog, turned out to be Arbiter Unger in disguise." SFD said.
"Drat," Ms. Liberty replied.  "I was hoping for some more help."
"What was he doing here?" Vince asked.
"He was looking for Kolissa." SFD explained.  "She had promised him 5% of that necklace.  And the fool was here to collect."
"I remember that day." Vince said. "What happened to that necklace by the way."
"We planted the diadem on Mercy Island to fake your death." Ms. Liberty expounded.
"Kolissa was OK with that?" Vince asked. "She used to stare at that thing.  Once I thought she quoted Gollum, 'Mine, my precious'" Vince said imitating Gollum.
They all laughed.
"The isles do something to supers." Ms. Liberty said.

"Well, I didn't want to do this." Ms. Liberty started. "Frankly, she gives me the creeps."
"No!" Super Fire Dragon exclaimed.
"That's right." Ms. Liberty said realizing that SFD and she had began to think a like.
"There must be somebody else," SFD pleaded, "Dr. Wos, The Paragon Comptroller, Flying Super Wolf, even!"
Ms. Liberty paused for a moment.  "No Dragon,"  Ms. Liberty continued.  "Necrophillia is the right super to track down Kolissa."
"One more week." SFD begged.  He had a serious mistrust for this former prostitute, necromancer turned superhero.
"What's so bad about Necrophillia?" Vince asked naively.
"Necrophilia is a mental illness in which one has sex with dead people.  Necromancy is the witchcraft of commanding the dead to do your will.  Necrophillia added an 'l' to make it a girl's name.  We have no reason to suspect that she would combine the two." Ms. Liberty explained.
"Yeah, and just because I have wings doesn't mean I fly." SFD said sarcastically.
"Now Dragon," Ms. Liberty started.
"I think I agree with the dragon." Vince said.
"Look, she started out in Praetoria and worked her way into hero corps.  She reached high level and become an Incarnate.  Yes, her goth makeup and short dress give her a creepy 'come to your doom, boys' look, but that's just part of her superhero persona." Ms. Liberty explained.
"If you trust her, I trust her." Vince agreed.
"Who asked you?" SFD snarled.
"Now Dragon." Ms. Liberty said. "Don't pick on poor Vince.  Besides, my mind is made up.  Necrophillia will begin looking for Kolissa tomorrow, unless you find her first."
"Fine!" SFD said as he stormed out of the room, remembering to check the door to make sure it wasn't the closet again.
"That is one angry dragon." Vince said.
"Necrophillia killed his mentor.  Dave Blackwell used to be a police detective here in Atlas.  He heard about Paretoria and he became a homicide detective.  We told him not to go, but he said that working for an emperor sounded cool.  SFD was crushed when heleft, and devastated when we heard that he had been killed by zombies controlled by a former prostitute.  Necrophillia admitted the killing, but claimed that it was self defense as she was trying to get away from her former life.  And it IS creepy to see imagine what she does with her zombies when she's not working."
"And you trust her?" Vince asked repulsed.
"Look, she's a hero now, that's all that matters."
Vince shuddered picturing how a woman might have sex with a dead guy.

"... and then she confused me and left." Ms. Liberty recounted the recent events concerning Kolissa to Necrophillia.
"Well, no wonder." Necrophillia started, "Duh, what were you thinking?!"
"What?  No," Ms. Liberty was stunned.  "Can you find Kolissa?"
"Yes," Necrophillia answered.  "I can find her, but don't you understand.  You did this to her.  You were born with a famous uncle"
"Grandfather!" Ms. Liberty insisted.
"OK, grandfather," Necrophillia continued, "but those of us who have worked hard to become heroes value that above all else."
"Oh, I didn't realize that it meant so much." Ms. Liberty realized.
"Yes!  And by denying hero status to Kolissa, especially after that very successful mission, sent her over the edge." Necrophillia expounded.
"How do we fix it?" Ms. Liberty asked.
"I'll find her." Necrophillia reassured.  "Then you reenstate her to hero status."
"I can't do that, she attacked a member of the Hero Corps, me." Ms. Liberty interrupted.
"You didn't let me finish." Necrophillia said.
Necrophillia finished explaining her plan to Ma. Liberty, and off she went to find Kolissa.

"Dragon," Necrophillia said, "get out of my way!"
"Necrophillia, pleased to meet your acquaintance" Super Fire Dragon said.
"Yes, happy to see you too." Necrophillia replied.
"Did you enjoy meeting Dave Blackwell, you female dog!" SFD shouted.
"OK, I'll bite." Necrophillia said.  "You're angry about something."
"My mentor!" SFD said as he turned on all his toggles.
"Was Dave that pushy homicide detective?" Necrophillia asked.
"He was doing his job!" SFD could no longer hold it in and put a fire circle around Necrophillia.
"What are you doing, Dragon?" Necrophillia asked as she called up 6 zombies.
"I want the truth." SFD insisted.  "Why did you kill Detective Dave Blackwell?"
"Dragon, you can't handle the truth!" Necrophillia shouted. "Dave was working for Cole.  You don't know what that means.  It was the government that assigned me the job of proustite.  It was the government that decided that I needed to be bigger in the ummm, chest.  One of my government assigned clients liked to fight before you-know.  He nearly broke my arm!  I didn't mean to kill him, but then they called the police.  At about that time I realized that I could control the dead."
"Yeah, yeah, what about the detective?" SFD said impatiently.
"I'm getting there." Necrophillia continued.  "Well that detective wouldn't believe that it was self defense.  It seems the word of a whore meant nothing.  After he handcuffed me, he started to get a free bee.  Well, I didn't mind, but the zombie I had conjured up did.  It killed that detective before I could wiggle out of the cuffs to command it to stop.  A second client got cute and started the rough stuff.  He lounged forward at me; I ducked, and the fool slipped and fell.  He cracked open his head on the night stand.  The homicide detective they sent was pretty much like the first one.  I was so upset that I forgot to send away the dead client's zombie.  The same thing happened as before."
"OK, so far you ain't lying." SFD exclaimed. "Or maybe you are."
"Look Dragon," Necrophillia said, "this is the truth.  Another client comes in.  This idiot is into knives.  Well he wants to crave his initials on my ummm, girl parts.  We struggled for control of that knife.  He ended up with both ends.  The blade in his pump.  That's when Homicide Detective Dave Blackwell came in, the crook."
"Hey, watch your mouth.  You disgusting piece of human filth." SFD cried.
"This might be the part that you can't handle." Necrophillia stated.
"You give it to me straight." SFD calmed himself.
"I'll overlook the insults because you're overwrought." Necrophillia excused.
"OK, OK, I'm calm now." SFD said. "Sorry I called you a disgusting piece of human filth.  It just slipped out.  You understand."
"Oh, sure." Necrophillia said. "I get that all the time.  Now this part is going to sting."
"I want the truth." SFD responded. "No, I need the truth."
"Working for Cole is like working for the devil with a great big stamp of do whatever the [grapefruit] you want to do.  Blackwell comes in with greed in his eyes.  He shoots my former boss.  I stand there in horror.  He says that I'm his now."
"Liar!" SFD cried.
"Dragon, am I lying?" Necrophillia asked.
"No." SFD sobbed.  "He was my mentor.  He taught me right from wrong.  He made me a hero.  How could this happen?  Why?  Oh, why?"
"Dragon, I'm so sorry." Necrophillia empathized.
"You don't need to finish." SFD said.  "You were right I can't handle this truth.".
Super Fire Dragon flapped his mighty wings and was gone.
"Poor dragon." Necrophillia thought to herself.

She read the notice.
"This is the right place, on the right date at the right time." Necrophillia thought to herself.  "But where's the stupid room."
She climbed the stairs of the old grade school turned community center to the second floor corridor.  These tile hallways and marble floors brought back memories of the girls' school / behavioral center in Imperial City.  The smart girls were sent to science schools.  The pretty and smart girls were sent to art schools. The pretty girls were sent to escort school.  The rest were sent to work.  Necrophillia was sent to escort school, but as they put it, she had an attitude problem.  She ended up on the street.
She swallowed hard and bite her lip.  "Put that behind you." Necrophillia said to herself. "Focus."
She heard voices down the hall.  As she walked the clip-klop of her high heels reminded her of the day they took her out of class to get her much over done bust enlargement.  She hated them for so long.  They are too big.  They get in the way.  She keeps them though, as a reminder of where she was and were she's going.  But mostly because she's afraid to go under the knife.
She stopped a few feet from on the door to pull herself together.
"Funny, I can take anything anybody wants to throw at me." Necrophillia mused to herself.  "But I can't walk down the hall of a lousy school building."
She ducked into the girls room.  It had been modified for adults, bit it still felt like a grade school girls room.  She dried her eyes, composed herself and reapplied her goth makeup.  "I can do this." She said to herself.
"You must be here for the meeting." A woman said that Necrophillia didn't here come in.
"Oh, yes." Necrophillia said.
"My name's Kate, is this your first time." Kate said.
"Oh no.  I've been on the street." Necrophillia stopped. "I mean, yes, the meeting.  I'm Necro, excuse me. I'm Nancy, glad to meet you Kate.". Necrophillia had to be more careful about what she tells these people.
"Well, necro-Nancy, ha ha.  The meeting is about to start." Kate said.
"If this were a task force, Kate were pay for that joke." Necrophillia thought to herself.  "Lead on, Kate." Necrophillia said to Kate.
The two women left the lavatory and entered the converted classroom.  The small gradesschool desks had been replaced by folding tables and chairs.
"OK, people, find a seat and let's get started." Said the middle-aged man at the front of the room.  "I'm Dr. Robert Menninger, no relation.  But you can call me Dr. Bob."
Necrophillia scanned the room, oddly enough no one was wearing an Arachnos Night Widow costume.  Kolissa would be harder to find in this crowd.  She doesn't know what Necrophillia looks like or that she is looking for her.
" ... and feel free to share anything with the group.  We all have had similar experiences.  Nobody will judge you.  Why don't you start, in the pink?" Dr. Bob said
"Me?" Necrophillia asked.
"Yes, please come up front and introduce yourself and tell us why you're here." Dr. Bob replied.
"Well, OK, I guess." Necrophillia said as she stood up and went to the front of the room.
"What is your name?" Dr. Bob inquired.
"Oh, yes, My name is, ... , Nancy." Necrophillia managed to remember.
"Nancy, welcome." Dr. Bob welcomed.
"Oh, I'm here, because I take things." Necrophillia lied.
"Very good, Nancy." Dr. Bob said. "See me after the meeting.  OK, who's next?"
"Dr. Bob, I want to say something." A woman said.
"Yes, Lisa, come forward." Dr. Bob said.
Lisa stood up and went to the front of the room as Necrophillia returned to her seat.
"Hi, my name is Lisa.  I like to help people.  People in trouble.  I'm a good person, but diamonds drive me crazy.  I got to have them."
"And how does the conflict of helping people and taking their diamonds make you feel?" Dr. Bob asked.
"Justified.  Like it is my reward." Lisa said.
"Kolissa!" Necrophillia yelled.
"What" Lisa started to answer as she turned to look at Necrophillia.
Necrophillia summoned here zombies and ordered them to hold Kolissa.  Kolissa ran out of the classroom.  The zombies gave chase.
"Now see here, no zombies are allowed in these sessions." Dr. Bob insisted as Necrophillia ran after the zombies chasing Kolissa.

" ... And she wore a short pink dress and goth makeup.  You know, she had that 'Come to your doom, boys' look that is so popular these days. " Dr. Bob told the police.
The scene was chaos, the tables and chairs that had been in orderly rows and columns were pushed aside where the zombies had beaten a path to Kolissa.  The other attendees were standing around talking and drinking the warm brown water that the city passes off as free coffee.
"We'll find her." The police officer reassured Robert.
"Please do, she brought zombies into my group in strict violation of city policy against pets," Dr. Bob Complained.  "And she still hasn't filled out all the paperwork to be in this group."

Meanwhile

"What do you want deary." Kolissa began. "Maybe we can make a deal."
"Kolissa, I'm here to help." Necrophillia began.
Kolissa was cornered in a blind alley.  She has seen her pursuer fly and with those [grapefruit] zombies confusing her wasn't an option; she can't get close enough.  What female dog designed confusion to be a point blank area of effect power anyway.
"Yeah, prove it." Kolissa said forgetting what that Ho had said.
"Ms. Liberty sent me ..." Necrophillia started.
"She sent you!!" Kolissa yelled.
"On a mission, yeah," Necrophillia continued.
"Oh, OK, so." Kolissa said
"I do everything just as she wants." Necrophillia lied.
"Good for you." Kolissa said planning an escape.
"She had me thrown in the Zig." Necrophillia laid it on thick.
"What?" Kolissa was starting to feel sorry for the tramp.  "What's your name?"
"They call me Necrophillia." Necrophillia answered.
"OK, necrophillia," Kolissa asked, "what do you want?"
"First can we end the stand off and go somewhere to talk." Necrophillia asked.
The two ... ladies ... went to Kolissa's apartment in Founders Falls.  It was a swanky building in the swankiest part of town.
"I used to have this creepy neighbor." Kolissa said making small talk. "Some black dude who could summon zombies like you." Kolissa unlocked and opened the door.  "Go in."
"Thanks." Necrophillia said as she walked into Kolissa tastefully decorated apartment.
"Yeah, this guy would scare the landlady with his zombies." Kolissa stated.
"What an idiot." Necrophillia said. "So what happened to him?"
"Oh, he moved away, but not before they installed anti-necromancy gear." Kolissa stated.
"Wait." Necrophillia.
"Who are you and who sent you?" Kolissa demanded.
"What did you do?" Necrophillia worried. "My powers don't work."
"That's right, deary." Kolissa chuckled. "You walked right into the spider's web."
"Kolissa, I'm on your side." Necrophillia pleaded.
"I don't believe that you did a mission for Ms. Liberty and she had you thrown in the Zig.  Give it to me straight." Kolissa demanded.
"OK, OK yyou're right." Necrophillia said.  "You are as good as they say."
"I know that." Kolissa was growing impatient.
"My name IS Necrophillia." Necrophillia said. "Ms. Liberty asked me to find you.  Super Fire Dragon couldn't."
"That dragon isn't all there sometimes." Kolissa commented.
"After hearing your story, I knew where you'd be." Necrophillia said. "But those meetings won't work."
"I got to do the meetings!  I got to be a hero again!  It has to work." Kolissa started crying. "It has to."
"Kolissa, you're not bad." Necrophillia said.
"Get out!" Kolissa barked drying her eyes.
"Ms. Liberty will reinstate you as a hero." Necrophillia said. "I have her word."
"But I attacked her." Kolissa snapped.
"Apologize." Necrophillia said.

"I've been scared, Necrophillia." Kolissa admitted. "Ever since I learned that Super Fire Dragon told Ms. Liberty that I was stealing diamonds."
"I understand." Necrophillia said carefully sipping the tea Kolissa gave her.
"I have to be a hero again." Kolissa stated. "Yeah, I pretend to be loyal to Arachnos, but I left that life behind.  Do you know what that mission was that I did for Ms. Liberty?"
"Yes." Necrophillia said.
"Well, you, me, Ms. Liberty, Vince Dastardly and that stupid dragon are the only ones." Kolissa began.  "I stopped a mother [grapefruit] war!"
"Yes, thank you." Necrophillia said.
"I wanted to kill that dragon.  I thought that I had lost my shot at being a hero again.  It was like the whole thing was an online game that had been shut down.  And because I made 1 small mistake." Kolissa explained.
"Knowing the two," Necrophillia began. "SFD didn't blab anything.  Ms. Liberty tricked him."
"Yeah, just mention cheese and the square root of smoke." Kolissa interjected.
They both laughed.
"Call Ms. Liberty, there is a way back." Necrophillia said taking another sip of tea.
"Oh, stop drinking that." Kolissa warned.
"What the tea?  Poisoned?" Necrophillia panicked.
"Knock out drops." Kolissa offered.  "I never trust nobody."
"Thanks for the warning." Necrophillia said.  "Can we go somewhere else?"
"Yes, I'll call her." Kolissa said ignoring what Necrophillia asked. "Gimme your phone."
"OK, the sooner this is over with the better I'll feel." Necrophillia said remembering not to drink anymore tea.
Kolissa sent a text message using Necrophillia's phone.
Ms. Liberty: Necrophillia, good 2 hear from U.  Did u find Kolissa.
Kolissa: This is Kolissa.  I've kidnapped Necrophillia.
Ms. Liberty: What, no, what do you want.
Kolissa: Do not come looking for her, she is safe.
"Ms. Liberty understands." Kolissa said. "We are working out the details."
"Good, I knew it would work out." Necrophillia said with a yawn. "I'm going to take a nap now."
"Alright, deary, and thanks for your help." Kolissa said to the knocked out Necrophillia.
Ms. Liberty: We'll hold off, for a while, what do you want.
Kolissa: Don't laugh, I want reinstated
Ms. Liberty: After all this.
Kolissa: Necrophillia is insurance, but I am sorry I confused you
There was a long pause.  Kolissa checked the approaches to her place, everything is clear.
Ms. Liberty: I'm glad to hear that.
Kolissa: What are you planning.
Ms. Liberty: Nothing
Kolissa: I'll return a groggy Necrophillia when you announce me reinstated.
Ms. Liberty: Heroes don't kidnap
Kolissa: It's not that I don't trust you, because I don't
Ms. Liberty: Promise to not harm Necrophillia
Kolissa: Listen, I don't even want to touch her.  Where'd you dig her up at.
Ms. Liberty: OK, then you turn yourself in
Kolissa: One thing at a time, deary.

"Today it was learned that our beloved leader, Emperor Cole sent an Longbow double agent to the Rogue Isles to thwart a European Noble man from backing Lord Nemisis in his war against Lord Recluse of the Arachnos.  The double agent identified as Kolissa arranged the untimely death of the noble and his companion.  Emperor Cole released a statement where he said that the affairs of Earth, which could never affect us, were the concern of all peace loving people everywhere." "Lord Recluse released a statement today detailing how he had a Longbow double agent, Kolissa, thwart the plans of an European Noble man who was planning to assist the Nemisis dogs in their ill conceived battles against the might of the glorious Arachnos army.  The noble and companion met a sticky end as all who try to stand against Arachnos." NEWS FLASH

"It was learned, today, that an Longbow agent helped to end the Nemisis-Arachnos War.  Kolissa, discouraged an European Noble from backing Lord Nemisis thereby ending Lord Nemisis's ability to wage war." PCNS

Shortly after the news flash ...

"Hold it right there, Kolissa!" Super Fire Dragon ordered as he burst through the door.
"Super Fire Dragon, what a pleasant surprise." Kolissa said firing off confusion.
"You are as good as they say." SFD said.  "But I have my toggles on"
"Glad to hear it." Kolissa lied. "Please come in sit a while."
"Well, OK, but don't try nothing." SFD said not sure what to make of a lied and a welcoming offer.
SFD sat down next to Necrophillia.  "Is she dead?" He asked.
"No, just sleeping, she had a rough day." Kolissa said.
"So, when we got your call, I rushed over here."
"Thank you." Kolissa said.
"Oh, anytime." SFD was getting confused.  He knew that she was lying, but she wasn't lying about anything.
"You are a good friend." Kolissa said. "Do you want some tea?"
"Love some." SFD replied. "With extra cheese, please."
"Ummm, certainly." Kolissa said.
SFD sprung to his feet and put a fire circle around Kolissa.
"What's wrong?" Kolissa asked.
"Normally people argue when I ask for extra cheese in my beverages." SFD explained.
"You tricked me." Kolissa said.
"How do I wake up sleeping creepy over here." SFD asked.
"The antidote is in the tin next to the tea." Kolissa helped.
SFD found the antidote and gave Necrophillia a shot with it.
"Where am I?" Necrophillia asked groggily.
"You win, dragon." Kolissa said. "Well played."
"Kolissa, you got what you wanted." SFD said. "I think you won."
"Fool dragon" Necrophillia thought to herself.

"You confused me!" Ms. Liberty said at the top of her voice.
"I apologized!" Kolissa countered also at the top of her voice.
"You kidnapped Necrophillia!" Ms. Liberty reminded Kolissa still at the top of her voice.
"It was a prank!" Kolissa lied at the top of her voice.
"You called in and made demands." Ms. Liberty said not amused at the top of her voice.
"Without pictures, it didn't happen!" Kolissa defended at the top of her voice.
"Fine." Ms. Liberty caved. "You're fully reinstated as an incarnate hero.  But if you take one diamond, I will personally deliver you to Lord Nemisis."
"Understood." Kolissa said.  She walked out the door, stopped, turned and said. "You know, deary, I've missed our little chats."
Ms. Liberty threw something heavy at the door, but Kolissa closed it in time.

Sometimes, I think that I would like to meet Kolissa and Necrophillia and Super Fire Dragon.  Do you as well?

Oh yeah, I forgot to write that the Nemisis questioned the Snakes at length and decided that they didn't have anything to do with it after all.

Lord Nemisis was seen looking up into the sky and yelling:  "KOLISSA!"
