Jumping Pool and Granite Armor
« on: November 25, 2014, 03:39:58 PM »
Does anyone remember if Jump Kick and/or Spring Attack
from the Jumping pool work correctly (and animate correctly)
while in Granite form?

My ultra-expensive stone tank (all those GoTA: Run and LoTG: Recharge)
used to be a flyer, with so much recharge out of Granite form
that he would toggle down, fly to the mob, drop into the center, and granite up.

But, if Spring Attack works right, that might be more fun and useful (knockdown).

I would assume it would simply because granite was just appearance and only shut off with travel powers. I had a ma/stone armor brute and everything including eagles claw worked with all powers including rooted and granite.

Spring Attack is a teleport, so it works. Jump Kick is an animation, so it works (imagine a Granite Tank with Staff - that disco twirl move was epic!)

Dual blades and jump kick were tremendously stupid to watch in granite, never tried staff.
