I was doing some COH investigating right after the servers went down, this was one of the things I came by too. Very cool stuff.

Another thing I found that was personally a bit more interesting was footage from the alpha version of the game. It's interesting to see how much it evolved.

White bovine, a lot of evolution indeed. Very interesting. (A lot of simplifications were made)

Seems like fire or ice sword were just skins to katana. There were 7 origins ? (Maybe there was extraterrestrial, and they merged it in natural)

Edit: damn, watched some videos, just wanted to play the game again for a split second. Gotta watch myself.

So, this version was never played by anyone outside of Cryptic? I kinda like it. The video quality is horrible, but it almost looks like they were originally going for some kind of damage system like some fantasy games, where the overall damage also distributes to body parts. It's also kinda fun to see what elements survived to Beta, even if it was just costume pieces and map features.

Wow, I never saw that one. Very interesting to see CoH had power stats like STR, INT, Willpower, Agility, Stamina, and Durability?, as well as speed, and some others. It's hard to make out with the low-res. The color scheme, layout, and lettering kinda remind me of the Champions UI.

This is my favorite version of that trailer.  Someone set it to the tune of Nickelback song "Hero" and it fits perfectly.  It brings tears to my eyes now everytime I watch it, especially at the end.

If there was ever a movie that played before you get to the "Type User name and password page" this movie should have been it. One of my personal favorites.
