The 31st Annual Golden Joystick Awards (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/joystick/homepage.php) are now open. City of Heroes wasn't nominated in any categories, but there are lots of other games that are waiting for your votes.
The site doesn't say specifically, but my guess is that it's open until the end of September. Check it out if you're interested.
