Sorry for the double post but I know not many wander down to the multimedia boards so I thought I'd put this here as well.
Into the West is a story by Mercedes. Around the time of the close she asked if I'd be willing to put her words into film. This is the end result of months of effort. Be warned it is over 17 minutes long. I had a lot of fun and learned a lot of new tricks along the way. Big thanks to Mercedes for this opportunity.
Aside from a handful of main characters the rest of the cast were chosen at random from my files leading up to Paragon Studios end of days.
Big thanks to Leo. Without his scripts I'd be running around a dark room with scissors and presenting you all with the bloody result.

Just finished watching this (got sent the link in an email...). Simply magnificent...

My heart was ripped from my chest again :-X , but I thank all those that contributed to the making of this. It is EPIC! Love all the people here and on other sites that are trying to make sure we have our memories even if we can have our game back as it was. We will run/jump/fly again somewhere. This is a wonderful reminder we did not die, just moving to a new home once we reach our destination...

Hey all! I have been watching these forums for quite some time but never got around to actually posting or creating an account. After seeing this video, I knew I had to post something. This has got to be one of the best videos I have seen. Kudos to all those involved with it!

.....I should know better than to have watched, but I did. And now, I am sitting here sobbing, feeling the same pain and loss as the moment the servers went dark for the last time. I want my City back...

I've grabbed the HD copy off of YouTube but I really don't want to feel sad now.

That was nice. I can imagine the editing work it must have taken. Wunderbar! ;D

Heart-wrenching, definitely.

I'm not familiar with HETALIA, :o merely typed a Deutsch word for 'wonderful.'
However, thank you for CamSweepV05 in Dropbox...I am studying camsweep posts, so far I ran the examples Bezier-Atlas park and Chase-Atlas park....Looks interesting.

Hetalia is a interesting Manga/Anime series where all the characters, drawn in pretty boy style, are personifications of the countries involved in WW2. It's done as a series of comedy shorts with many of the countries exhibiting extreme stereotypes.
The English dub of the anime is even sillier since everyone is doing exaggerated faux accents.

Oh man, that was a kick in the stomache. Damn I miss this game.
-
Thanks for all the comments :). I'm sorry if I made anyone cry.
-
It is wonderful! Thanks for taking me back to Paragon, back home. :)

This was beautiful. Thank you very much. There are no words to decribe how much City of Heroes and the players and characters I met there meant to me. I miss it so much.
Thanks to everyone who worked on this.

Beautiful, beautiful, work.
The creativity I've seen from this community over the years has been astounding. What I've seen since shutdown has me looking at video editing software in a whole new light.
Recs on good software packages? (Question to AA, 'Ko, and anyone else with an opinion...)

After I complete a demo get gets dumped into a scene file and I work with it in Adobe Premiere CS6. It is pretty user friendly and has some good options. Adobe Elements was a complete nightmare DO NOT use it.
