Patton Oswalt is playing a citizen of Pawney that wants to filibuster a city council vote.  The producers of the show just told him to riff on something (he chose to purpose Star Wars 7 to be a Marvel crossover event) and they released the entire rant for your nerdy pleasure.  It's pretty awesome.

just got done watching it myself. that was very funny. crazy thing is that i would pay to see that too. lol
