Title: Newer MOVs & FX

Does anybody have a source on the newer MOVs and FXs in sets like Time Manip, Water Blast, Nature Affinity, etc?

I have all these little demos I'd love to flesh out with a more comprehensive display of sig powers, but lots of them include newer sets I can't find in the lists I know about.

Can you make effects happen that aren't character related?  :-X
say : a small explosion, debris, broken glass?

and can you place it in a specific location, coordinate?

Attach them to a puddle NPC. These are invisible things you can manipulate to originate FX from/direct FX to. Put them where you want the stuff to go/be, and voila.
