Title: Tanker ability Practiced Brawler not clickable

Under the tanker arch type the primary set 'Super reflexes' the ability 'Practed Brawler' does not have the clickable dot. In essense I cannot activate it to see it's status effect. As far as I can tell this is only happening with the Tank arch type.
Sorry, the version of Mid's I have is v1.952
