Hey,

i thinking about playing again CoX. Played a account for 4 months, about 1 year ago, and i seem is a good moment to see whats going on.

I wander if anyone will be so kind to send me a key from the "Invite back a Friend" program

As far as I know, they've discontinued those programs because the game is going to a hybrid F2P model.

Skavenaps,
  The developers of CoX have discontinued the invite-a-friend back and the refer-a-friend programs due to the revamp to the game which they are calling City of Heroes Freedom a F2P model. Even though the link to programs is still on the website the actual invite feature has been removed from the PlayNC Account Manager.

 Currently Freedom is available only to subscribers but as of next week "I believe the 21st or 23rd" you will be able to reactivate your account for free. Here's a link to how Freedom works hope it helps and it should be the same for both US and EU accounts...
