Title: New Mids' Shows My Toons with Negative Defense

For w/e reason, when I load my builds, they come up as -10% def when I turn off all my powers. With my powers on, the def total is 10% less than what it should be.

Is there some new button I forgot to check or something?

Also, Hasten w/o any other powers chosen and w/o any slotting shows it's recharge as 225s down from 450.

Sounds like you have a certain Accolade enabled--Geas of the Kind Ones / Force of Nature. It's -defense, +recharge, and +recovery.
