Title: Spine Regen

I have been looking all over the place for a solo spine regen. If at all possible one that can stand up decent to Av and do alittle pvp.

i haven't done a spine/regen scrapper since instant healing was no longer a toggle... but i do play /regen a bit and have solo'd EBs.  i don't think you can solo an AV with Regen but on a team you should do fine.  i use the combo of Instant Healing+Dull Pain+Resilience+Tough and sometimes +Wedding Band temp power to solo EBs.  i also use IO sets to increase my regen and the recharge of my heals.  i think using spines can help a little since it's supposed to -recharge, but i wouldn't count on it too much.

I wasnt expecting to solo a av.. But being able to take 3 or 4 hits from one instead of 2. Just trying to I guess find the right combo of slots and what i/o's I look at mids and yeah what I think should work.. just doesn't if any of this makes sense...

here's my current DB/Regen build if it'll help.  i don't expect to take a lot of dmg w/o healing myself regularly so the recharge is important.  i can increase the recharge even more if i wanted to but i'm currently happy with this build.
