Title: suggestion - booster/veteran config

I would love to see a tab in the config section to allow you to checkbox select which boosters you have, and even more important, what level of veteran's rewards your sitting at.

Use this info to show/hide certain powers which you may or may not have access to because of these things, as well as change the travel power general pool selection requirements based on that.

For example, don't show ninja run if you don't have the booster, don't show sands of mu or ghost ace if your not at the proper veterans level, etc.

Good idea, but damn near impossible to implement. I'll add it to [the list] see if we can somehow manage SOMETHING close to this idea...
