I have tried logging into cohfaces with this exact key i used to get into these forums, so it should work, but its telling me its invalid on the cohfaces site, i have an account on it, pictures and everything and it used to work so i know its there, any suggestions? plz help :)

Yea. I'll take a look at it right now and make sure everything matches across the keys and accounts.

I am having the same problem. I can log into the forum with no problem, but I cannot log into faces.
(Steiner Edit: Changed the subject line to make it obvious this half of the topic is its own issue)

I checked your records in our database and nuffin. You do have a legacy account for faces, so changing your password in one area in the site MIGHT not carry over... however all your passwords seem to be the same across all Titan sites, at least the same encoded chunk that represents your password. Your IDs all match up and there is no conflicting data.
I'm kind of hoping the issue lies with the computer your attempting to access it on otherwise we're going to have to tear apart the code and see what is causing this and I'd like to avoid that because the Faces code isn't the easiest thing to understand, lol.
Entertain my curiosity;Answer a few questions for me:
1.) Browser & Browser Version (Obtained by going to "Help" in the top menu and "About")
2.) Firewall/Anti-virus application
3.) 3rd Party cookies enabled? (If you're not sure, be sure to state so)
Thanks in advance. In any case I'd like to look "under the hood" from your point of view on the cause of the issue... so if you don't find one of the bullets above to be the issue I can remotely connect using "GoToAssist Express" which I use for odd instances of low numbers of users have unrelated issues to the rest of the user base. It's totally safe and have used it for other users on Titan to verify issues with our site/services on a real-time platform.
Your choice in the end, but the more ability you give me to help you the quicker we can resolve it and not let a possible bug turn into a catastrophic series of errors, lol... it's happened before.

Anti Virus and firewall are;
CA Security Center version 3.2.1.19
CA Anti-Virus 8.4.0.28

Third party cookies are allowed.
Would it be possible to just set me up with a link to set a new password for faces? That might make things a little easier.

Your faces account's password is reset through the main Titan link.

I clicked the link for the main Titan page and tried to log in. Could not log in there either, so I clicked the forgot password link and it sent me a new password. Tried using that and it does not work either. I can still log into the forum with my old password, but that is the only thing I can log into.

Canthro, I apologize for this getting sort of left behind. Are you still running into this Login problem? If so, I believe I can fix it, but just need to make sure it's still a problem first....
