Title: PVP IO Sets

I made a trail change on the Panacea page, basically separating the list into a PVP only list of bonuses and the main list which works for PVP and PVE.

I think it increases clarity, however I am looking for other opinions.

Possibly a 2 column table? idk, PVP bonuses seem to have more text than the normal bonuses.

They don't, not really. Only (PvP Only) at the end.

And with two columns, the set bonus listing would look like crap on default-width browsers, small-resolution browsers, etc.

Right right... guess all you can really do is two separate lists...
Or going too far with my concepts... maybe a node-tree or tournament style branching.
