via shift left click over power (that is how its done or was I doing it so automatically I'm remembering wrong). If I lock the power and go to the enhance tab and click on Alternate there it does flip. Far as I know I haven't changed any settings and it was working as of yesterday. I was viewing and had downloaded a build off the main CoH forums when I discovered the issue (tried to flip to the alternate to view a possible change in the OP's build).

Edit: Doh!! I was in fact doing it so automatically I couldn't recall how to do it when it "didn't work" so nevermind working perfectly, 100% sleepy operator error :-[
