Title: Wiki Outage: FYI

Appears we have a temporary outage of Paragon Wiki.  Tony was doing some maintenance work on it today (including a backup).  Not sure if the outage is intentional (our forums are on the same server), but when this happens it's usually not out for very long.

The Wiki's got another temporary outage for major upgrades, see this post (http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showflat.php?Number=13138424#Post13138424) on the official forums for more.
