Title: Paragon wiki Down?

Just trying to access the wiki and it appears to be down

I just checked.  It looks like Tony upgraded to MediaWiki version 1.13.3 today right around the time you were having trouble accessing.  He originally tried it with the site in read-only mode, but had to take it down completely to rebuild the index.

Should be OK now.  We're hoping the upgrade will help take care of the recent lockups we've been seeing.
