Title: Prerequisite to "a tangled plot"

I'm trying to find out what story arc I need to accomplish in order to access Katie and the tf she offers "A tangled PLot!" Any ideas?

I could've sworn there was no prereques.  All you needed to do was have a Team of 6+ and have one of them be within the lv 30-34 Range to start it.  Unless it's changed, that's all I've ever had to do...

The team lead needs to have completed Buck Salinger's story arc.
