Title: Full Ice Def : any hint ?

As usual, i'm building a full ice def.

the thing is i tried to set IOs set, and so on... but the thing is i really don't really know if i can make something worth of it.. i tried to put sets on primary, then i dont have enough for secondary....

if you have any hint so far, i'd gladly take them to finish my build for both powers and sets.

Well if you don't have enough to do what you want now, you could always buy SOs or commons to hold you until you build up the extra cash.  I tend to either start buying ahead of time and slot as I go, mixing IOs and SOs, or buy it all over a long, long period and store the pieces until I'm ready to slot it all.

well...

i tried to build something for the primary, and i think some sets would fit perfectly, such as impeded or pace of the turtle...

but then i cant set sets on my secondary, and my attacks stay weak....

i try to get a balanced build, so i can have some damage, and some buff/Debuff ...

i ll try to get something to show...
