I ran on Live with my 3770k's APU with no issue at all. In fact I stress tested it with 7 boxes at the same time (16Gb RAM was the limitation)! I'd check your drivers, use your discrete GPU (if you have one), and/or try the support forum for your server for more helpful troubleshooting.
