Title: Fix SG member cap - PLEASE

I understand (I guess) the reason you cap the number allowed in an SG, but I really wish you'd do it based on global handle rather than toon name - that way we can have all our alts in the same SG. Is there a way to fix this - pretty please????

This looks like it should be directed to the homecoming forums https://forums.homecomingservers.com/ or to the server posts that be for whatever server you're playing on. Titan has nothing to do with the currently running servers.
