Title: Finding characters?

Hello, I went to CIT today, and found that my account doesn't show me as having any characters. I'm confidant that I tracked some characters. Is there a way to find a specific character, to see if it exists or what account it's tied to? Obviously I know that every character and account has a unique URL, but I don't see a way to search by name.

PM me with some characters you remember and I can do a search on the backend and we'll go from there.

Along those lines, my wife was looking at her account and noticed multiple characters having fewer badges than she knows she had - was the database rolled back at any point?

There was one point where the City Info Tracker was transitioned into being part of the Titan Network, which may be what happened to my characters... or it may be that something went wrong with the tracking. *shrugging ascii man*
