Title: Black Lightning Season 2
Post by: Dev7on on October 10, 2018, 02:30:38 PM: Season 2 went off a great start. It picked up right where it left off and now the family are dealing with consequences from last season. We get another infamous hallway fight scene which I love to see. Lightning is getting powerful already. The pastor owns a gun in a church which is really bizarre. I like where this is heading so far.

Post by: Vee on October 11, 2018, 05:30:32 AM: I wonder if they're going to have Jen be Halo in this iteration. The glowy ball/floating thing reminds me of her powers. Would make sense for the show since in the comicals she just has lightning powers.

First off I bet we find the priest isn't giving all that money away.

And second unless they explain how the guy got caught next episode - I feel like I missed a reel of a film.

yeah that came out of nowhere. Though given that we're used to seeing things coming down the pike for 15 episodes with these shows it's a bit refreshing.

Quite possible. But the next week thing made it look like he was pretty upset.

Good call on that one. And it actually makes sense.
Now he can be like Luthor - the heroes know he is the bad guy but legally can't touch him if he does nothing wrong publicly.
