i lost my computer, i had to have it wiped clean, can i still get back in on my old paragon chat account?. tnx for the help

The account (simply to use PChat or these forums) exists on cohtitan.com. However...
ALL of your character data (names, badges, current costumes, etc.) exists on your personal computer, typically at the following location:
%AppData%\ParagonChat\Database\ParagonChat.db
It's highly suggested that you frequently backup this data (to the cloud, a USB flash drive, another harddrive, etc.).
Once a week or so, I dump the entire ParagonChat folder (it's about 300MB, so it'll even fit on a flash drive) onto an external harddrive that I typically take with me wherever I'm computing. I tend to do a lot of database altering for costumes and such, so you may not need to backup that often. Backing up the whole folder also saves chat logs, saved costumes, screenshots, and demos that you might have recorded.
I also backup some things from the Icon program.
