I got this the last time it came around and Jooc has it. It's the only special flight power any of my toons have and I never use it... But, it's kinda cool sometimes when combined with things Spark Storm and firing off some Gigabolts and Lightning Storms while hovering out of reach of Jack Fool. I'm standing in my own lil cloud while playing with electricity.
Now if only its sound effect was more.... imposing.
