Title: Exporting Models?

As a 3D modeling novice, I was looking for some way to extract PC models from Icon, whether it be whole characters or in segments. Has anyone figured out the glitches and technical issues I've seen mentioned on other websites? I apologize if this question has already been answered elsewhere on the forum.
