Why didn't I know this? Sure Danielle Panabaker was only 18 then and looked younger but I'm usually better at recognizing actors from movies I've enjoyed.
And Sky High is 10 years old now.

I saw that immediately. I was all excited and squealed at my husband, "That's the plant sidekick!"
EDIT: I mostly recognized her because the shape of her mouth and the way her mouth moves as she talks is very distinctive.

And on a episode of Grimm she had fire powers.
Her sister Kay Panabaker was on No Ordinary Family, she was the girl with the telepathic powers.

I still giggle at the scene from Flash where she's holding the boomerang, especially because it was background dialog.
