Ankhammon talking about a ta/ice has added another character to my list for when the game is back.Would love to see different
versions of this build.

I know it's been a while since you posted this, but I wanted to give you some feedback.
It's a pretty decent build. Looks like you were going all out to get to perma-hasten with incarnates.
I worked over your build and went a different way. I made sure that you could close the (small) gap in your defense to give you S/L/E softcap. I also got you some extra regen and a little more recovery. I also have you slotted more for damage cuz... damage is good. :) I had to give up about 12 seconds of recharge to do it though.
Have a look and see if anything grabs you as usable for your build.
One last thing, make sure you use an origin that has as it's freebie power one which uses energy damage. It will allow you to light your OSA. Your pet might light it up too, but just to make sure.
