Not only is it nice to see it happening, it's nice to see that it's being made public as well.
I wonder if they released this info to Massively, or if they just picked it up from these forums?

I don't really want to be "That guy" but i can't help but feel a little worried about this. After all wasn't it mentioned at some point that if details of the deal went to public then NCsoft might start backing off on the deal? I don't like being a naysayer, and i do like the fact that City of Heroes is getting some attention again, but not if it threatens its return. :-\

Right now pretty much all we know is that a deal is apparently workable, and being worked on. If the details do come out before public announcement, it would probably be a problem, but as long as everyone involved keeps their NDAs in mind, there should be no real problem.

Yeah Ironwolf mentioned the team contacted massively about that. Hopefully it won't be something that gets to much attention but my worry is that idiots will see the article and start pressuring ncsoft more than idiots already have at this point. I remember the facebook incident, heck still feel my releying iron wolfs message to keep quiet was overlooked by some when I posted way back on facebook about it. Heck CoH survivors didn't even sticky the heads up to keep quiet I sent to them. It was definently worrysome. I think we'll know soon enough if it broke our chances.

Well, I don't think NCSoft will leave the deal because of this. No actual details are publicly known, so there can't be much of an issue. It may actually be worse for their reputation to pull off now that it is known that there is a deal.

Sigh, so much for getting CoH back. :-\ NCSoft is like that groundhog, if it sees its shadow it means 6 more weeks (plus a few years) without CoH.

Nothing to worry about here. Ironwolf's thread is already public. While it was worded poorly and researched poorly, it shouldn't kill our chances. Don't go spamming NCsoft and you won't do anything detrimental.
