All the programs I find now either don't work or are obvious scam sites. I'm trying to access the coh sound files and cannot so far. The one piggviewer I had doesn't work due to a missing .dll file.
There are .dll download sites online; I've found them useful more than once. Maybe one of them has your missing file available.
Sorry; that's all I have.
Got it working but it seems alot of sounds are missing. Not sure where else they would be though unless they are in a completely differently named folders. I guess I'll be searching for quite sometime.
The sounds are spread between multiple PIGGs.

Start with the relevant "sound" piggs.
Then you can search the stage pigg files.
