Title: Now this is how you do customer service
Post by: Triplash on February 07, 2013, 12:19:50 PM
I just saw this story and thought I'd share.

Boy writes letter to LEGO after losing minifigure, gets awesome response

How's that for a customer service rep? :D

I always did like Lego.  This just confirms my childhood believe that they are awesome!

Every organization reflects the personality of the person(s) in charge. I think we can assume the LEGO staff would have very little in common with the NCSoft staff.
