If you haven't seen it, it's a pretty fun show-- and it's on Netflix. ;D
Once I saw that this was on Netflix I just had to watch it. I loved it. There is a lot of fourth wall breaking in every episode, so that might not be for everyone. A lot of it takes a lot of queues from the Ultimate comic line, hence the name :-) also Bendis had a bunch of input, if you've read the Ultimate Spidey comics you'll recognize a few of the issues turned into episodes.
Inhghly recommend this for a light hearted, snarky Spidey
It is a lousy replacement for Spectacular Spider-man. On its own though it is okay if you can accept it for what it is and not the accurate adaptation of Spider-man.
