Heres a video of a guy who is using the addon i want, I cant find it anywhere. It shows your defenses, resistes ect.. on screen

It's not an addon, it's the Combat Attributes. Click on Powers on the top of your power tray, then click on Combat Attributes at the top of that window. Right click things to monitor them.

CoH actually doesn't allow "add-ons" in the classical sense of most other MMOs... there are a few ways to customize stuff, but it is very limited.
