Title: BUG: Mids shows Staff Fighting as compatible with Shield Defense

Just updated Mids to the new build which includes Staff Fighting. For all 3 ATs that have Shield Defense as an option (Brute, Scrapper, Tanker), Mids fails to give a warning/error message if you pick Shield Defense & Staff Fighting (which in-game are incompatible).

I did a quick comparison with selecting powers in different orders (on tanker) and also checked the other 2 ATs (Brute, Scrapper), as well as confirming that Mids displayed the incompatability with Titan Weapons (checked on Tanker) and Dual Blades (checked on Tanker & Brute).
