I think I figured this one out already, but there's no way to tie my 2nd account (uses a diff email addy) to my single titan key is there?

If you're talking about CIT, then you don't need to do anything special. It will track as many accounts as you want.
The name that is displayed with your stuff on things like the leaderboard is on your CIT account page http://cit.cohtitan.com/manage/my_account
I understand that it'll show whatever sentinel sends, but how do I get both accounts tied to my single titan key? I tried putting like a comma and ran out of room.

You can only have one handle listed (or as many will fit in the space allowed).

It's probably more along the lines of (optionally?) showing the actual global name tied to the character instead of just the display name.

The plan is that Sentinel will be able to track multiple running instances of City and report that data to CIT. However, I believe that you'll only be able to log in to one CIT account at a time. Guy would be able to better answer that though.
CIT will allow as many globals to be tracked with a single account as you like. So if you have accounts @GlobalA and @GlobalB, both can go on to a single CIT account. And then if you let your friend @FriendC play without remembering to log out of Sentinel, the characters they play on your system will also show up on your CIT account.
So the reference to 1.0 is a planned change to Sentinel. I believe the plan had been for CIT to continue working as it is now (though that's always subject to change of course).
