Print Page - How do I active accolades and Incarnate powers

Title: How do I active accolades and Incarnate powers

I see the button for accolade and incarnate powers but when I click them nothing happens

I the past I could find a menu and click the accolades I had, but I can not find that now
I assume I either forgot or ot was changed
please help

Double-click instead.
