If I going to the Badgedetail screen (example (http://cit.cohtitan.com/badgedetail/6)) while not logged in, the "Siblings and Requirements" box is still visible. It also shows two characters: 78225 - Grim Glacier, and 78190 - TestPerson.

Guessing this is because the titan key is somehow 0

I beleive the previous functionality was that the box wouldn't show up if the user wasn't logged in.

Thanks for reporting this. You were right, the titan key for those characters was 0. I removed these unowned characters, so it no longer shows up. (And I'll fix the code so that it doesn't happen again in the future, too.)
