Every time when i start my Mids this massage opens but there is no such file or unapplied update

Yeah, try that. If that doesn't work, read this, from the Known Issues list posted with the last Mids' update:

I haven't gotten Mids' to give me a massage yet and I've been working on it going on 2 years. Please let me know how you got this to work because all this Dbase work really makes my shoulders tighten up!
