Title: Newest Mid's skips first two slots at 3rd level?

Greetings,

Mid's told me there was a new update (yay for new issue update) but when I downloaded it there seems to be no option to add slots at level 3 right after I get my first two powers. Is this a bug?

Yes, this version was bugged, I took it back down to make changes, and the new version will be up later today.
