I recently planned and executed a respec of my SR/Claws Scrapper and the DDR totals in game are considerablly lower than Mids predicted. Agile Dodge and Lucky are all in agreement. Focused Fighting is also(19% Mids vs 19.03 in game).
But Focused Senses is predicted by Mids at 24.2% while in game actual is 21.89%, and Evasion is predicted at 22.7% but in game actual is 21.67%. Coupled with the absense of an HO that is pending purchase my DDR is 5% below the cap and it appears that even when I get the HO I will not be able to reach the 95% goal. Is this a game bug or Mids error?
Slotting in Focused Senses at present is LotG 7.5% lvl 25, LotG Def lvl 31, LotG Def/End Lvl 50, Common Invention IO Def lvl 50 (ranged def 21.9 mids 21.95 in game, so basic Def seems ok.)
Slotting in Evasion is LotG 7.5% Lvl 25, LotG Def Lvl 50, LotG Def/End Lvl 49, LotG Def/End/Rchg Lvl 32 (AOE def 21.7 Mids 21.73 in game, also ok.)
Thanks,
Jak
I requested confirmation of this problem on the Scrapper forum and got this very useful reply.

Quote
It appears to be Mids. Looking at my build:
Evasion: 21.86 actual, 23.9 Mids
Focused Senses: 21.81 actual, 23.6 Mids
Focused Fighting: 21.35 actual, 21.8 Mids
Lucky: 10.81 actual, 11.2 Mids
Agile: 10.90 actual, 11.8 Mids
Dodge: 10.80 actual, 11.1 Mids
It looks like Mids is not applying ED when computing DDR numbers.
This explains why I only saw real problems in two powers as I had the other powers all 2 slotted.
The descrepancy in the Katie V build is about 5.9% with actual in game of 97.53% so 5-6% over the cap should be a good work-around target if you use 3 or more slots in all the SR defenses. The work-around goal may be less if you are 2 sloting some.
Good luck and happy planning,
Jak

Hm... Problem noted. I'll look into it over the weekend.
