In case anyone missed the announcement, Going Rogue/Issue 18 is now live (http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?p=3122581#post3122581) for anyone who prepurchased it.

The great people at NCSoft sent me a free 30 day code to get back in the game.  I recently bought a house and have spent the last 2 weeks fixing it up, I am getting FIOS installed this Friday, so hopefully I'll be online over the weekend!
